Please follow our friend Mary James' directions for calculating your personal day the old fashioned way.

Here’s how you get your personal number for 2008.

Add the month and the day of your birth to the 2008 universal year, (2+0+0+8)=10, 1+0=1. The number one is the universal year for all of 2008.

Add the month and day of your birth to the 2008 universal year. I'm using October 22, (10-22) as an example.

Month 10
Day 22
Univ. year (2+0+0+8)=10/1+0=1    1
10+22+1 =
33 (3+3)=6

So, 6 will be your personal year number for 2008. 

Next, add the month and day of any day of the year together with your personal year number to get your personal day number.  Note: Keep adding the digits together until you end up with a single number from one to nine.  This time, we will use January 1, 2008 as the example.
